At Maxton Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
